Order arrived around a week after I expected it but they threw in a little extra, so overall pretty happy with the products and service. Will order again.

Order didn’t arrive on the arranged date, I was told the delivery would be made 2 weeks later. It actually showed up 8 days later with no contact to let me know, it was just luck that I was home at the time.
I also contacted B&Q through their contact form page, after the first missed date, which states they’ll reply within 48h, they didn’t respond for a full week.
Very poor communication and terrible service.

No consistency in products, first order of one product was excellent. I then ordered the same product a few weeks later and it wasn’t the same at all. Colour, texture, smell and flavour all completely different. Pretty sure it was a different product in the wrong packaging.

Tool was due to turn up over a week ago, it’s now been refunded so I guess it’s never coming. No message to say sorry or explain what happened.
Edit: we were open all week, I received a text every day that week saying it would come between 12 and 3pm etc, then another message about a hour before it was due saying it was cancelled and they would try again tomorrow. Same thing happened every day. No delivery attempts were made.
