Tool never arrived
Tool was due to turn up over a week ago, it’s now been refunded so I guess it’s never coming. No message to say sorry or explain what happened.
Edit: we were open all week, I received a text every day that week saying it would come between 12 and 3pm etc, then another message about a hour before it was due saying it was cancelled and they would try again tomorrow. Same thing happened every day. No delivery attempts were made.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, attempted delivery was made on the 06/12 and again on the 09/12 with the carrier, as no one was available to receive the goods and no contact from yourself to rearrange delivery the goods were returned for refund.
