They just called me I was trying to get them to listen to my situation they don't care basically give a damn about you it's pointless and helpless trying to get help when you are homeless why waste your time dealing with them no satisfaction with them they really sucks I give up and I don't care anymore when I go get a job then that's when they start doing stuff that's everybody loss . Then they don't here you and give you phone numbers I don't have no help I don't know where stuff is I'm pissed and hurt angry furious right.if it somebody else who come from another country they will help them and give them anything they want and get.

Trying to get help for myself and when you call they put you on hold for hours.i lost two appeals I'm homeless staying in Texas with someone officially homeless to a point they will not look at your situation I sent them proof of that I was homeless and got evicted out of my apartment and they want take that in consideration of my situation.rhe lawyer I have saying that they have a backlog so you won't get it pushed up and they can call you if you owe money back to them.but you want get the help you need cause all the changes that are going on.id you need money to support yourself better off getting a job cause you sitting around waiting forever. For money you won't get I'm in a bad situation right now.

They send me four emails at once I hear my messages from my email and I see like four emails they nag you about their phones and promotions but when you call them they don't answer the phone have you on hold the whole time they won't pick up the phone so I unsubscribe from them so I won't get a lot of emails from them daily if you can't pick up the phone don't send me anything to my email.i call it trash and spam mail I'm with everybody they don't pick up the phone when you need to talk to them that's a shame.

They don't help with eviction cases they worthless to use very worthless to a point everybody says use them don't it's a waste of time.

Went to the post office and to pick up my package they didn't have it the lady laughed and was not helpful gave me a number I called ten minutes before I got there. Now my package is lost money I spent it own

They had my package then the driver had got spooked by a dog I been calling for my package and they giving me the runaround.i still haven't seen it or received it yet.then everybody is asking do I have a dog I said no I do not have a dog.and I can get it redelivered. Then they sent it to the post office.they weren't no help either.
