I'm surprised that a non-traditional bank has such great rates and benefits for its customers. The loan rate was the best, even better than my credit union. The benefits keep coming; their checking and savings are amazing as well!

I love the extra rebates, but when using the mobile app, I do notice it is very slow when you're on the retailer's site. Besides that, the app seems to work well!
