Unreliable service in a time of need

My wife's truck broke down yet we were able to make it home. I called to arrange a tow in the morning to bring my truck to our mechanic. We verified our home address, the address of the auto shop, the time and best contact last night. I called this morning as time seemed to be passing, only to be told that the claim was not completed. This would be the second issue in which AAA has failed us regarding a service we are paying for. I will not be using this service going forward.

The food was amazing

The food was amazing. The service was great. The waiter Ryan was great as my mother left her wallet and we got it back with everything in it. Great place!

Horrible customer experience

Our dryer went out and we sought to have it repaired. My wife went to appliancepartspros and found what she thought was the correct part. She paid for the part and paid for the shipping. Upon arrival, we discovered that this was the incorrect part and she attempted to send it back. My wife spoke with a representative, informing her of the intent to return. The representative stated that we had to fill out a form, put it inside a box and pay to ship the part back as well as pay for shipment of the new part. No shipping fees would be returned. All the representative could say was sorry and offer no other solution to keep our business.
