Hey it's me again. Writing another review because I still have yet to be helped by support AGAIN. I've sent support emails for about a month now and not one reply back from them. I've also seen on reddit a lot of people posting about situations exactly like mine. The more you use them, the more issues you have and the less support responds. So they obviously know what they're doing and they're just screwing people out of time and money

I have tried to be patient with big cash web, and after my last problem had with them, I took down my negative review and replaced it with a better one(because they asked me to and I figured maybe the problem would get solved) but I'm done. This is an almost every time situation with support and them taking a week to reply or just ignore me all together. They owe me for an offer, I provided proof, had one person answer me once and as soon as my proof was provided, all I've gotten is silence since then. Don't bother wasting your time because no matter how much money I spend to complete these offers, I end up losing in the wrong one because either my progress just magically stopped being tracked, or never got tracked in the first place even though I've made sure multiple times that my usage tracking is on for this site. So I'm absolutely done. This is a crap site, and their support is even crappier

You'd think with all the crap reviews yall are receiving, most all due to the same issue, that being, calls supposed instant redemption claim, that it would've been fixed within a day of the first few times someone complained about it. Not to mention the non existent 24/7 support yall say you have as well. If that's the case, then everyone handling that position should be fired for I guess sleeping on the job every day because I have yet to get help from them. I find it absolutely hysterical that yall can make sure yall are checking them Public trust pilot reviews though and responding to try and make it look like yall are concerned and going to immediately fix the problem to make other people believe yall are concerned about your customers. I bet yall still have yet to help any of the people on here who wrote a complaint. Anyways... to anyone reading this, don't waste your time on this site. There's plenty of proof on trust pilot alone to show that they are an absolute joke and almost all of us have had to deal with the same issue that has yet to be fixed apparently. Maybe yall should spend more time actually doing yalls job rather then be on social media or on here portraying something you're very obviously not.
