My overall experience with One Call was terrible
My overall experience with one call has been terrible. I will not be insuring my vehicle through them again and will not be recommending them. After initially making my claim I have been passed around to different people who just say there are no records of the claim. Even though I have had to send photographs of the crash and my vehicle. I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone to them. Finally the gentleman I spoke to today at your office has restarted my claim. He was very efficient, polite and professional.
