I got a new set of these hearing aids in August 2024. The right aid has been back to Phonic twice as it stops working. I got it back on Saturday April 19th. It worked for two days and has just stopped working again. I’m so angry as they cost me a fortune. I really don’t know what I can do next!!! Not impressed at all.

They arrived on time. Worked extremely hard and quickly. Everything was packed into crates to go directly into storage. They had to negotiate a sofa out of a very difficult small space. They attempted it a few times but did it in the end.
