Excellent service, very simple to order and the product arrived one day before the expected date, which was great.

Absolutely appalling service, poor communication and unprofessional. Took out full insurance, Europcar Cadiz employees did not even bother to properly explain the terms and conditions of the contract, or even review the vehicle with me. I was told the vehicle was in good condition with little to no damage, but for insurance I took a complete video of the vehicle with commentary to show the external damage.
Returned the vehicle completely refuelled with no damage caused by myself (or others). Returned keys to Europcar on time and to an employee, who stated that all was okay and there was no need to check the vehicle.
The following day Returned to Europcar as I felt uncomfortable with the situated did not trust the employees, only to discover that they had charged me for damage,which I disputed as I always checked the vehicle before and after driving. The employees had fabricated the damage.
At the counter I was told I only had 24 hours to lodge a complaint to dispute their claims of damage, and it was extremely difficult obtaining the details of where and whom to send my complaint.
I am still waiting for a response and will take legal action if nothing is forthcoming.

Really good website and service, received the shoes without any problems. Full notifications from beginning of purchase to delivery. Very happy!
