Great quality clothing, I bought a jacket and hoodie, the parcel outside arrived very well packed, but the jacket was in a very large plastic bag that it had been rolling around in as it had been opened so it looked wrinkled and uncared for
Other than this it was easy to order goods, and not too long to wait for them to arrive

This order was made by me for my mother. No notification of delivery was given, no knock or doorbell ring to advise it had been left.
The driver did put the parcel under the covered area to keep it out of the wet weather though 👍Thank you

Ella H at the Hereford branch was very good at helping me design the kitchen I wanted, she listened and didn't attempt to push any ideas or products onto me. There was no issue when I wanted to change my mind over things either.
