I had some trouble setting up my domain on IONOS because the instructions were unclear, and it took me quite a while to figure things out.
However, when I contacted the live chat, Frank Daniel Germar was extremely helpful, patient, and professional.
He quickly resolved my issue and explained everything clearly.
I’m only deducting one star due to the confusing setup instructions, but the customer service from Frank was excellent!

Nelson is my new tutor, and I will be working with him through Parts 3 and 4. He reached out to me immediately after I passed the exam and explained all the details clearly. He also provided detailed answers to the questions I had. I feel that we have made a great start, and I am looking forward to working with him throughout the project stages.

Stanley has been really helpful whenever I had questions about the lessons. His responses were both very quick and very clear. Since English is my second language, it was important for me to understand easily, and thanks to Stanley’s explanations, I never had any issues. This support has boosted my motivation and allowed me to continue the course with confidence. Additionally, whenever I had any questions about the course itself, I received quick responses, and not having to wait for answers and getting clear explanations was very reassuring.

İlk ve toplu siparişimi verecektim, buradaki yorumlar dolayı (patladı va) deneme amaçlı sadece bakliyat aldım. Hepsi tek tek poşetlenmişti, patlasa bile poşetin içinde dökülücek gibiydi. Kolinin altında bulgur vardı, ondan önceki ürünler sağlamdı bu da öyledir diye aldandım direkt poşetten çıkarttım. Patlakmış ve birazı döküldü ancak bakıp çıkarsaydım poşetin içinde kalabilirdi. Bakliyat alırken her yerde bu tarz problem yaşanabilir, patlak gelme ihtimal var önemli olan böyle geldikten sonra ürüne sahip çıkılması. Hediye sakız ve ıhlamur için teşekkür ederim ☺️
