I was very impressed with the ease of ordering and payment. No fuss about using an address different from mine (sent to my daughter). Choice of swift payment methods and reasonably priced postage, the parcel was delivered at the earliest of the days given.
The item of children’s clothing, ( a dress) was a perfect fit and of excellent quality. I would certainly choose to use Boden again.

I find the information very confusing. It’s very clear how to buy tickets and the discount offers are great but the purchase numbers are like 8 digits or more and trying to find out about winners is hard. Also constant emails and new raffles get mixed up. Total fog. I’m just pleased to give to excellent charities

Buying Tickets with ATG was easy, quick and uncomplicated. Because of a family mixup with dates I requested to change the date of performance the same day. Tickets were changed within 3 days. Could not get equivalent (stalls) but a good next best (circle) all 4 seated together. Brilliant! ATG representative was friendly, polite and patient. Paying the charges for change (happy to accept) were not high.

Delivered politely and with a smile within the timeframe notified. Can’t ask for more than that!
