They straight up stole my money. when I log back in to my account, they wiped everything clean. When I called support they kicked off to support email. The support email did not help whatsoever. Scam

Order item that is said to arrive Dec 12. Suddenly will be shipped on Dec 22 where I will not be home. Calls, no refund, return at my own cost, and they lied about cancellation (customer service initially said item in warehouse, then said it’s on company truck for distribution center). Never ever will buy anything from this place again and I sincerely wish they go out of business.
