Homeserve are a excellent company

Homeserve are a excellent company, would highly recommend their insurance.They were very efficient in dealing with the claim... communication was outstanding, and all of their workman were very polite and went above and beyond ..the leak was at my elderly mum's house...the workman on site even took a delivery for my Mum....

Feel very conned by this company

I have left a review of this company before....the reason for leaving this one is.....I complained to their customer service about the service I was given, it's been over 3 weeks and they still haven't responded....Don't do business with this company. They will tell you anything to get a fee out of you, then all they do is send texts, I could have done that myself...They said they could recover my debt for me...but after 6 months told me because the people owing me money where gypsies I would never get my money back.... But they knew this from the start...I feel they have lied...and conned me...

After reading your reply...I'm still not happy, and would still tell people to stay well clear of you ..it's a total lie when you say it was made clear to me that the debt would be difficult to recover,... on the contrary....the initial call from a member of your staff, said it would be easy to recover because of the type of people they are!!! Why would I pay you money if I was told it
would be difficult to recover my debt...total lies on your behalf...it's why I'm asking you for a refund...you never gave me the service you promised at the start....and to end the process by asking me for more money to take it to court, and then say it would be impossible for you to recover the monies owed to me ...don't promise what you can't deliver...you should be investigated by trading standards...

At the initial outset of the debt, our colleague made it very clear that the recovery of your debt would be very difficult, but we would do our best to secure a positive result for you. Debt recovery is never 100% guaranteed but our collection strategies put you in the best position to get your money back.

The suggestions about the lack of work we have undertaken is grossly misleading as we not only contacted your debtor via several methods, but we had also secured contact with them and were discussing payment options. During the proceedings you increased the amount of debt beyond what was originally brought to us. This made the situation even harder to secure payment.

Our team have worked hard on the case to carry out our strategy despite the circumstances surrounding your debt. Kind regards, the AYOM team.

Don't do business with this company

I approached this company via a online enquiry, after some customers did not pay for goods made one of the 'contact' people rang me very promptly, I fully believed what he said.... He was very aware of the type of people that owed me money, but at the end of a 6 month process all this company did was send texts to the scally wags that didn't pay me....I could have done that myself.....they said it would be a straightforward process and if it went to court would cost under £50, and the outcome would be to send sheriff's to the premises to seize goods to pay the debt owed to me....none if this happened. I actually feel.conned by these people....and the company, their 'legal' department emailed me and saud there was not a good chance to recover the monies owed to me cos of the type of people they were.....but they knew this from the start .....I have requested a partial refund....which i think is only fair under the circumstances ......I would not recommend you do business with these people.....they will say anything to get a fee from you....then spend very little effort on your behalf recovering your debt .......trading standards should look into them

Warning to anyone who is thinking of…

Warning to anyone who is thinking of using this service. I was charged £5 to ask a question, which was inadequately answered. Unbeknown to me just answer then stole £50 from my account later that month and have just stolen another £50 today. Never at any point did I agree to a subscription with these people. Don't use them. I've reported them to my bank for fraudulent behavior. I'm hoping my bank will get my £100 back for me.

Although we were very disappointed that our stuff we ordered did not turn up in the time frame that we wanted... Jodie was amazing.. she is an asset to the company.. and was very helpful in sorting out a refund.. she went the extra mile to make sure we are happy. and it was most appreciated
