Spoke to John who handled my query in a very professional but friendly manner. Sorted my query in minutes and wished me a good day. This is what l have come to expect from EDF and cannot speak highly enough of their service. A rival company has to advertise and have pop ups on the high street, EDF in my opinion doesn’t have to

Product miss selling

Have visited zizi in Bournemouth and last night in Brighton, have ordered dishes with burrata cheese in the dish and on both occasions they have substituted mozzarella for burrata without telling me. Have bought it to attention both times and simple excuse of no burrata available. Burrata is a more expensive option and it’s strange that both restaurants have tried it on.

Uncomplicated insurance quotation

The whole procedure was simple and very straightforward, l thought the questions were pitched at a very understandable level and the whole experience was simple and straightforward. I have looked at different companies and found this to be one of the best in layout and cost, would recommend them.

Problem solving

I rang the company and within minutes l got through to Jo on team 4f, we discussed my problem and she dealt with it in a professional manner but she also came across as friendly and l felt it was a personal response for someone l am sure is very busy. I have spoken to reps on several occasions and l cannot praise the company enough

I booked a 10 am slot for two tyres

I booked a 10 am slot for two tyres, l arrived at 9.40 as required to prep the car, no one went near it until 1115 and after another 25 minutes l was told it was ready. I got in the car and my warning came on re an under inflated tyre which had been caused by the fitter not tightening the valve correctly. I will never book again and not sure l will return
