I've been doing a lot of surveys with this site. Three nights ago I done 22 surveys and went back and counted them. I only got credited for two which was $0.75. even though I finished 11 of the surveys I only got paid for two but it showed that I was disqualified for 20 surveys even though I finished 11 of them. The next morning when I went back to review sites visited there was only 11 sites that it said I had visited. So the website took away 10 surveys a majority of them I had finished. Now they're trying to tell me that I never did them surveys when I know I'm 100% right. Customer service is an AI generated nothing not what the room it takes up. It just keeps telling you the same thing over and over again and I've yet to have contact with anybody other than that AI over all the complaints that I made over the last 3 weeks. What you're doing is you're letting you do the surveys in there keeping the money for themselves that's how they're making money. Right now I still have $61 in there and I wonder if they're even going to let me take it out. Rip off place number one rip-off place stealing your money and then they are hiding that you've done a certain amount of surveys they hide it. I'll be contacting the United States attorney general over it.

This place "Yelp" covers for who they want to cover for. Yelp is as worthless as the people they cover for. Is Trustpilot going to cover for Yelp? You to Trustpilot can be part of the problem if you allow your site to cover for people and not speak the Truth. Let's see if Trustpilot post my review.

Horrible customer service Horrible phone service and they change your account for the hell of it! RUN Fast Run away fast and don't let this company get a penny of your money. I got $50 say's you won't ever speak to a supervisor after they purposely change your account the way they want it done. Fired Straight Wreck and went to Mint mobile, MUCH Cheaper and everything is better 100%! You've been warned don't say you haven't!

Write the FCC they will get after them big-time.. Worst cell phone company I've ever dealt with. They lie steal your money and then want you to return a phone that YOU paid for. They're customer service I believe are children from another country who can't speak proper English. They will laugh at you when you tell them you're sick and don't want to be dealing with them as they are. They refuse to get you to a Real supervisor and just transfer you too another one of their moron people sitting next to them who's not busy, then they claim they are a supervisor and they just laugh at you again and again. WORTHLESS every single one of them. Do Not Trust Assurance wireless EVER!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

By far THE worst business I've ever dealt with. Plain to see by their 1.2 rating. Good luck with this worthless place!
