I’ve ordered from Filter Flair on…

I’ve ordered from Filter Flair on numerous occasion’s and they always provide a 5*service. If there has ever been an issue where I need to speak to customer services they’ve always responded and resolved the issue quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here or recommend to people.

missing items, no refund and no reply

I ordered a bundle back in October which should include 3 items. The main item (the socks) are missing. I have chased customer services multiple times and have had no response. I have given up hope that this issue will be resolved.
Personally I would avoid purchasing from here again.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Do not order from this site if you are looking to return the item and be refunded. They have stated that they have refunded my order but I am still waiting.. I have contacted them via email and called but no response & their mailbox is full!
I have raised a dispute with my card company to get the £110 back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
