Very bad online service

Very bad online service. My ticket is stuck with Flight centre for 3 years and I got no help. Same thing happened with my partner. Very bad customer service and all the agents lie and not do any refund will never recommend anyone.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. I have been stuck with a credit of $914 for the last three years and they still couldn't fix it!
