Purchased the Usyk v Tyson 2 fight - worse than netflix live streaming.

I want a refund. Do not purchase their service it does not work and is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose.

They renewed my business insurance policy when I asked them not too.

I called their sales tam and they said that my policy is cancelled and didn't cancel!

Scam company.

There have been a few hiccups - but overall the team at Vonage are willing to learn and improve, good company.

I just had a call from Oisean G, he was very good at ensuring that we received a good service, two email follow ups and a phone call to myself and business partner.

Few tips for improvement:

Allow purchases to made direct off the platform - it would allow us to not have to play email tennis and catch up.

Offer mobile numbers - people are more reluctant to answer landline numbers.
