Very Difficult to contact their support

Sorry for this, I'm very upset at SEMRush, they make contacting support so difficult, everytime I try to contact them or report an issue I waste a lot of time moving in loops between helpcenter and the useless chatbot they have.

Bad Experience

I’ve been using LiveChat with a single agent account, as they originally recommended for my business needs. After their latest app update introduced a bug that disrupted our customer support, I reached out for help. Instead of addressing the bug, their team repeatedly insisted I purchase separate accounts for each person who might log in, even if only one agent is active at a time. They even threatened to ban me over this.

This policy makes little sense, if I’m unavailable and ask someone else, like my brother, to handle support, that should not require paying for an extra agent. It feels like an attempt to force unnecessary upgrades rather than providing customer-focused solutions.

As a result, I’m moving to Tawk.to, which is completely free, improving rapidly, and offers far better value.

I Liked them

I haven’t tried the service yet, but I’m about to. From what I’ve seen, they’re improving rapidly, and their free version is surprisingly powerful, more than enough to run an eCommerce website.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT, this company is the worst company I ever purchased from, they have fake offers, they make you pay then after they take the money from your card they tell you "Regrettably, your order was placed on hold during our anti-fraud verification process, and it did not meet the necessary criteria", they tell you that they will return your money up to 30 days, which is super lame, anyway I'm going to report Ofcom, I have proofs and everything, AGAIN I REGRET DOING PURCHASE FROM THIS LAME COMPANY.
