Bad Experience
I’ve been using LiveChat with a single agent account, as they originally recommended for my business needs. After their latest app update introduced a bug that disrupted our customer support, I reached out for help. Instead of addressing the bug, their team repeatedly insisted I purchase separate accounts for each person who might log in, even if only one agent is active at a time. They even threatened to ban me over this.
This policy makes little sense, if I’m unavailable and ask someone else, like my brother, to handle support, that should not require paying for an extra agent. It feels like an attempt to force unnecessary upgrades rather than providing customer-focused solutions.
As a result, I’m moving to Tawk.to, which is completely free, improving rapidly, and offers far better value.
