NEVER AGAIN

This company is unethical and takes your money and does not deliver the van as it should be. They are happy to make sure they have your money and deposit on arrival to ensure you return the van but they don't take time to precheck the van before the next hire. They hand over a van that has issues. They are clearly more interested in the money, than the service. Try making a complain and you get nowhere. They are not interested in customer service and putting things right.

Total Rip off

What a rip off had a gift card tried to redeem it and it came up with an error. Contacted them and they were not bothered, £60 lost, even contacted the CEO who did not have the decency to even respond. Customer services were the worst I have ever come across. Shame on the lot of you, you are a disgrace

We're sorry to hear there was some trouble redeeming the gift card you received and we would really need to look into the code to see why it wouldn't apply to your order.

Please note that gift cards don't create subscriptions, they're a one off and if this was a discount code, please be advised we do not have a single discount code that would discount one box by £60 but it would be a multi-tiered discount, applied on multiple boxes and create a subscription.

Because in order to check this, we would need the code itself, I've gone ahead and sent you a Find reviewer request here and may I ask that you provide me with the following details in a private message: full name, address, phone number and email. As soon as we have the details I will be happy to look into the matter further.
