I paid for the service

I paid for the service, and the money was deducted from my account. However, despite the payment, I still only had access to the free version. I reached out to customer service but received no response. This was a complete waste of money—an absolute scam.

I paid for an answer and the question…

I paid for an answer and the question wasn’t answered. I spoke with customer support and mentioned this. They said they were not online and ended my chat. Surely if they’re not online (even though they appeared still on), it would make sense to use a different “expert” to answer my question. Don’t waste your time or money. Reluctant to even give a star!
