Total disaster, bought the engine, paid for the engine. Waited for a promised tracking no..
But no number came, just an e mail saying the engine was delivered, no heads up for me to get the needed forklift, just delivered to my mechanics address at midnight!?!?
Called my mechanic to apologize because i had assured him i would get tracking info to allow us to procure the forklift.
Mechanic laughed at me saying no motor had been delivered!??!
Still waiting for the motor!
Not good at all!

Returned a JBL wireless speaker because it would not sync to Bluetooth without wifi. I bought the waterproof speaker for the job site and wifi is not usually available on my job sites.
Paid for the return label myself (not happy) .
Tracked the return via tracking number, you guys received it on nov 5, said you solved the issue, filed my claim as solved on your end.
Its Nov 20th and my credit card has NOT been credited!
Problem not solved on my end.
