Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Online accounts not fit for purpose, if you forget password and try and reset it will keep showing error messages. Please do not post a generic reply to this the same as every other poster and actually deal directly with issues and solve them. Very disappointing

Excellent service- Pam, the driver who usually delivers to me is extremely reliable and always leaves packages where she says she will, within the time frame given! Thanks a million
