Review of Poopy
Unfortunately it's 3 stars from me. My cat is 6.5 kilos he is a large breed and he does not fit in the poopy. He is using it now because we paid for it but everytime he goes in it and comes out his back is covered in sand dust and his own toilet residue so his fur gets dirty, it's not nice for us because he stinks and his fur got coarse from it.
If you have cats that are anything more than 6 kilos please consider something else.
Mechanically speaking it works perfectly fine. We have been using it for 3 months now, no errors no problems.
Cleaning the parts, taking the rubber part out of the drum is very difficult and agitating. Maintenance is not fun or user friendly...

I placed an order for some flyers with a time sensitive delivery date. I had to get the order on my specified date for which I also paid a hefty price in delivery costs. They did not deliver my order on time as they chose one of the worst possible courier services possible (GLS). When I contacted customer support for this, they responded like a bot that my order was out for delivery and my tracking number. Which is all information I had already and was not at all what I asked in my message to them...

They are truly the worst of the worst. I have never dealt with a customer service department less organized and clueless than the one of KPN. Trying to cancel my subscriptions was a complete nightmare and I am pretty sure they do this on purpose to torture you for leaving. I'm still receiving bills for a service that was stopped over a month ago. When I finally get a "rep" on the phone, they are clueless and it's endless rerouting and redirecting on the phone. Noone knows anything. They are hiring people off the streets with no clue.

Complete disaster. 15 may the pushed an update to all their modems, next morning we have no internet. Reset everything and devices are working sporadically. Some get internet, some dont. All on the same modem. Can't reach anyone by phone... and i have to work from home. They break it and they are nowhere to be found.

Their customer service rep. Antonio is hilarious. I told him their webshop is broken and i cannot place an order because i cannot login to my account and he tells me to make a new account. I try ordering as a guest and that also doesn't work. Like I want to buy my products and they don't give a damn about the fact that their webshop is broken. I stopped getting a response on my support ticket when i insisted my account get fixed.

Review of Segmüller Möbel
Also Kreditkarten werden nicht akzeptiert, so eine große Firma und immer noch so was. In Holland kann mann sogar 0,50€ mit Karte bezahlen. Wir haben eine komplett neue Wohnung von Segmüller eingerichtet. Fast alles billiger Schrott außer die Sofa, wurde sogar von den Segmüller mitarbeitern montiert und alles ist trotzdem absoluter Alptraum. In der Filiale reklamiert, emails geschickt, keine Antwort. Segmüller ist nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Sogar Ikea ist besser.
