Delivery duo were fine with contact a…

Delivery duo were fine with contact a few minutes before arrival and they placed the boxes where asked to. I’m only dropping two stars because it is nigh on impossible for someone of my age to open the boxes, move the furniture let alone dispose of the boxes. Please, please, please could you consider offering an assembly and packaging removal Service? I’d willingly pay for this. It might mean fewer drops per day for your crew but I’m convinced you would gain from people paying for a higher Service.

Just awful

The driver was rude, belligerent, argumentative and aggressive eg saying “It’s not my problem, it’s your problem.” No, YOU brought items that were not on the inventory and left behind items on it, then tried to refuse putting them into the storage unit. The driver claimed he didn’t speak English, was poorly dressed and unprofessional in his dealings with me. Is this the calibre of driver Anyvan contracts to? Or was I simply unlucky to end up with such a dreadful pair….who spent all their time talking in their own language, shrugging their shoulders and being as unhelpful as possible. Took little care with my possessions eg mattress not wrapped, left sitting on the damp ground.
Never again. Cannot recommend. And it wasn’t cheap.
