Great customer support - Liza C!
I was given exactly the level of attention a customer should receive. I was contemplating converting back from NeatVault to Neat Year (after taking off a year from Neat web experience) and wasn't sure whether it was the right thing to do.
Liza listened and convinced me that I'd benefit from the conversion. Additionally, she gave me a price break and a pro-rated NeatVault refund, which I gladly accepted.
I am much happier now :)
