Poor customer service
I bought my last 2 Quashqai from eltham Ancaster and have it serviced there. Last Thursday I took my car into eltham Ancaster for its first MOT. At the time I requested to start a new service plan including MOT. A girl who’s name I didn’t write down (apparently begins with V) in the service dept said she could sort it. Took my bank card disappeared. On returning said internet was down (confirmed by Roland service manager) and she had used her personal phone on 4g (she said) to set up the contract. My personal bank card details on her own phone!!!! Is that company policy????? On picking up my car after MOT there was still no paperwork!!! “ we’ve been hacked, probably by the Russians”
Anyway 4 days later I have not received any paperwork, rang service dept and they say “we can’t do nothing”….. I corrected the english grammar, “you ARE doing nothing”
Apparently the onus is on me to sort this out……,,,
