This was a big move for us after 33 years in our current home but Liam and his team guided us through the entire sale and purchase process with great care and consideration. They communicated very promptly and clearly and always took time to listen to our queries and explain things simply and effectively. The app was really helpful in keeping us updated too. The item never arrived. The process to raise a refund through your customer services was excruciating. I was asked for the order number and tracking number numerous times and was put on hold for a total of 20 mins during the 30 min call. The call centre was extremely noisy and I could hear other people’s laughter and conversations much more clearly than the one I was trying to engage in. Have never experienced anything like it.
