As Maxen Power had taken over Opus

As Maxen Power had taken over Opus - I contacted them to acquire the contract with yourselves and find out more about the terms and conditions of my contract.
Initially I was not happy with what I was being told about the way my account and payments were being handled by Maxen Power.
I was put in touch with Sunny who very kindly and patiently shed light on all the discrepancies I raised with him.
He has now resolved all the issues and sent me all the information I required from your company.

The company representative (Charles)…

The company representative (Charles) who we were dealing - shed a lot of light about all the calls we receive from call centres who do a lot of name dropping that they are affIliated with the established ENERGY COMPANIES - which they are not. They try to rope you into signing a contract with them and once you have signed on the dotted line - they come back to say the prices the had set with you are no longer valid and that the charges have increased.
Charles has helped to give us a contract with the prices fixed for 3years.
