We just subscribed few days ago with Hiper and after getting the router we called to get the internet activated before the official start date. The customer service team was kind enough to make that possible. On the same day, Julius from their team even called to check if everything was working fine. He guided us through the setup and quickly solved the issue (we had connected the cable to the wrong LAN port). Hopefully, the internet quality will match the good customer service we’ve received so far :)
