I purchased this balm based on all the…

I purchased this balm based on all the positive reviews, hoping it would help with my condition. However, after applying it to the affected area, I didn’t notice any improvement. In fact, the inflammation seemed to get worse than it was before. Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for me and I won’t be repurchasing.

I hope you're well and I'm sorry to hear it didn't work as expected for you. Our products are natural and clinically tested and for the majority of our customers they work really well for dry, sensitive and eczema/psoriasis prone skin in particular.

Unfortunately this is the nature of natural skincare, they may not work for all and perhaps there is a natural ingredient that you may be sensitive to.

Poor customer service!!!

Had rung up for a query regarding repayment. I was left on hold for 40 mins by Raz, who said it’ll be 2 mins. Didn’t have the decency to get back saying it’ll take longer just kept me on hold. Had no other choice but to end the call as no one was going to get back to call and would have still been on hold! Whilst having conversation I could also tell there were breaks taken to vape, not professional at all!!

I feel like OVO need to improve on…

I feel like OVO need to improve on customer service and not end live chats with customers when the customer is trying to get to the bottom of an issue which was all caused by OVO in first place. Would not recommend as customer service is not the best and cannot discuss any issues or complaints with them as they do not take any liability for anything!
