Weeks Later, Still No Package – Really Disappointed
I placed an order on March 22 and was genuinely looking forward to trying Dossier’s perfumes. Unfortunately, it’s now mid-April and the package still hasn’t arrived. According to the tracking, it hasn’t moved at all since March 26.
I contacted customer support several times — the replies were polite but felt very copy-paste, and didn’t lead to any real resolution. Eventually, they offered me either a refund or a replacement, but honestly, that should have come much sooner.
What’s frustrating is that I might have already paid customs, and still haven’t received anything. The delay, the lack of updates, and the unclear communication have really taken the excitement out of the whole experience.
I wanted to like this brand and support it, but after all this, I can’t confidently recommend ordering from them — especially if you’re in Europe. I hope they improve how they handle shipping and customer care, because the potential is there, but the experience just wasn’t good.
