Late delivery. Wrong size sent. When I requested a refund I was told I had to pay for shipment to China. The company is a scam, will never use again.

Your driver was fantastic
Your driver was fantastic. I was stuck in traffic when he called me, I advised him I would be10 mins late and he agreed to wait until I arrived home. He was very kind and well presented. If this driver is representative of all your drivers, I would have no reservation in recommending Tuffnells for future deliveries.
