Absolute diabolical company!!! Take your money somewhere else! Promise next day delivery - no tracking after 2 days. Try to cancel the order and they can’t because they don’t actually have the stock!!! They don’t even have a clue who TVP themselves have ordered it from!!! Honestly, buy somewhere else. I wish I’d read the reviews first.

Ordered trainers directly from adidas, order number received and money taken from account…all good so far……but, it has been over a week and nothing!! I have a royal mail tracking number but still says waiting for item from sender!!! Rang customer service, put on hold then cut off. Called again, told me to wait till end of day! Called again and the advisor was useless!!! Told ME to chase it up with RM!! What a joke!!
Absolutely shambles of a company!! And still we wait……
