Same experience as 75% of other reviews misleading rip off

Same experience as 75% of other reviews. An account in my wifes name was set up and she has no knowledge of saying she wanted membership so £15 out of the account for several months. Membership should be opt in NOT opt out. A phone call cancelled membership but I'll be following this up with trading standards and the Danich Competition and Consumer Authority.

We are sorry to hear that you were not aware of signing up for our membership when you made your purchase. The prices for our members are lower than for guests, which therefore requires a membership for £15 per month.

This information is stated several places on the site:
• On the front page, there is a huge banner, where the membership information is stated.
• On each and every product page, you can choose to buy the item at members-price or normal-price as well as an info box that explains what the members-price implies.
• In the cart the membership is added when adding a product for the members price.
• In the check out, in the summary of the order, underneath the list of products in your order, you are informed what the membership price entails.
• Furthermore in the checkout, you have to accept our terms before you can complete the order. This includes the membership conditions.
• Lastly, on the order confirmation it is stated that you have signed up for a subscription, the price, commitment period as well as "see conditions below".

As a member, you get access to buy all products at purchase price, and can thereby make great savings on all your purchases. However, it requires that you read and take into account the information and conditions, and terminate the membership when you no longer need it.
