Review of Clarins
Terrible customer service - I complained Clarins foundation and moisturiser packaging. The new ‘sustainable packaging’ is peeling off leaving speckles of paint all over my skin, some even went in my eye. They told me I would not get a refund from the store. I would need to go to the hassle of sending them back the product and paying for the postage. For such an expensive product, I was very disappointed.

Review of Laser Clinics UK
Kingston branch / Bentall centre
Laser treatment caused a bad reaction on my legs - my skin went very red and when the red settled down I had terrible thread veins on my legs which have still not gone (months later).
The doctor at the clinic didn’t seem to care. He claims it’s not their fault and that I must pay myself if I want to get treatment for the problem. I believe they owe me a duty of care. My legs look terrible. I wish I never had laser treatment at this clinic. Big mistake.

Your case was promptly escalated to our Medical Director and a Medical Council for review. It was since confirmed highly unlikely that the spider veins that you are referring to were caused from receiving Laser Hair Removal treatment.
It is possible that they can appear more visibly after treatment, however it is not within our scope of practice to treat their removal or reduction. Our Medical director has recommended other clinics that could be suitable for this. Please maintain contact with the Kingston clinic directly should you wish to discuss the matter further.
