Just a bunch of scammers, avoid as pest!

I rented a car from Green Motion in Italy. While the initial deposit was quickly refunded after rental initiation, upon return they tried to claim non-existent damages (such as microscopic windscreen chips and plastic rim scratches). The staff openly admitted their practices, even saying 'customers usually block their cards and we can't do anything' - which was quite revealing of their methods.
Their behavior after return was concerning:

- Unable to specify damage costs on the spot
- Claimed they needed to 'send everything to Rome'
- Threatened to charge my card later with unspecified amounts
- Mentioned checking videos of other customers (which makes no sense for individual damage claims)

I would strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company and stick to well-known rental agencies to avoid such practices.

Beware: Unresponsive Customer Service After Payment

Not sure what happened to this company, but I want to share my latest experience. Previously, I had ordered twice without any issues – items were fine, and the shipment was almost on time. However, I placed an order on October 15 and, despite contacting them via email and WhatsApp, have received no feedback regarding my order status. The payment has been completed, but my order remains unfulfilled.

It seems I'm not alone in this situation. Many others have been facing similar issues over the past few weeks. The company appears to have stopped providing support altogether. They took my money, and now I'm left with no assistance. I'm considering contacting my bank to open a dispute.
