Didn't get my lenses. Eventually got a full refund after 4 weeks once customer service finally decided to reply to my messages.

Same as all the other recent reviews. No lenses & customer service do not respond.
I've been using them for many years and apart from the relatively slow delivery (compared to others), but the prices compensated for this, have had no problems.
If they do continue in business, they will have lost many customers.
UPDATE 13/10/22 - Finally had a response from Customer Service after threatening credit card chargeback. Full refund promised yesterday, and showing on my credit card today.
