System has been down for over a week in…

System has been down for over a week in Greenwich and Lewisham for booking blood tests due to some ‘cyber attack’ whatever that means. For a society that wants every tiny little thing to go digital they really don’t care about people not being able to book and are not in any rush to fix the situation or provide an alternative means to book appointments and people in hospitals are being turned away by rude staff. If this was any other business this would be costing them serious money and they would have fixed it within 24 hours due to that. But i guess peoples health don’t matter.

Absolute rip off with disgustingly high…

Absolute rip off with disgustingly high service charges. They send ‘estimates’ and the following year send ‘actual’ services charges which are double or more of the estimate. They don’t provide any services that cost over 4k a year. Scum.
