Not a zero waste company obviously.

Today a full length mirror was dropped at my door by a a delivery driver for Dunelm. No knock, didn't ring the bell, just left it outside. When we took it inside it was obvious the package had been mishandle. The glass was smashed to bits and the bottom bent as if dropped from a height. The packaging inside the box consisted of two scrunched up pieces of paper and one piece of bubble wrap that was half the size of the mirror. Complete waste of time.
On the chat to a customers services operative i am told to just throw the whole thing away and that my refund will be completed. What a waste. How much are Dunelm charging its customers so that they can just throw stuff away due to incompetence?

Not fit for purpose

Walked 4 miles around town trying to find a locker. 2 just in case, and 2 that said they had space. All were full. Only got space on the 5th try back at the first one even though it said it was full still. This system didn't work.

Can't even get a phone call right.

HOURS on the phone to sort out flight changes. 3 different people and then THEY CUT YOU OFF every time!!! OVER AND OVER AGAIN BA customer service team appears unfit for purpose. Nice enough folk but really. It's the 21st century. Get your act together.
