My order arrived on time, despite the driver having experienced traffic hold ups.
He was polite & cheerful, & very kindly carried my heavy delivery up the stairs to my flat.

High Quality Product.

I purchased some euphrasia drops, which arrived promptly.
I have been adding the above to the raw chicken I feed to one of the resident foxes, who had presented with a reddened & weeping eye.
Despite not appearing every evening, he has now had eight doses & while the eye in question is still weeping, the redness has completely disappeared.
I am very impressed with the results & thank you for your high quality product.

Great Service

My delivery was on time, which was great, but why I gave it 5 stars was because the driver carried the very heavy box up the stairs for me, which I did not expect.

A Complete Turn around

Having struggled in the past with OVO there has now been a complete turn around, as since my writing to the Bristol offices, I can now get the assistance I need, either by telephone or email via Priority Services.
Jason could not have been more helpful & he should be recognised & valued for the excellent employee that he is.

Public Humiliation

On New Year's Day I went to collect my surprise bag from the Cafe Nero on Old Bond Street in Bath.
I was met with rudeness & anger. Apparently the Too Good To Go App was faulty & there was no food for me, even though I had paid for it on the previous day.
I was told, on two separate exchanges, that ' There is no FOOD WASTE today'. I was spoken to as if the app failure was somehow my fault & I was made to feel shamed & humiliated, even more so as seated customers were by this time staring at me as if I was trying to get something for nothing.
I am autistic & at present going through a very difficult time financially & the £2.59 surprise bag
was going to be a treat to myself for
New Year's Day.
