Caused me more stress than the crash
Caused me more stress than the crash, Shame there is no zero star option. The lack of communication has been an absolute embarrassment. 6 months ago told me I couldn't get an alternative prognosis as injuries continued beyond the length of the original estimate, now told I can have one but I'll be waiting another 8 months.
They ignore all contact from myself, are an absolute nightmare to get hold of on the phone and keep pestering me to sign a claim submissions pack for the original sum despite me contacting them several times telling them I'm not happy with it.
Considering getting the ombudsman involved
