Terrible customer service. I got a wrong-size belt cost me £320. I arranged a return through their service, printed out the labels and the courier didnt arrive in the allotted window. I reschedule to next day and again, after waiting out the 6 hour window, no courier. Contacted their customer support - they don't give a phone number, only an option to message them, and no one has responded to my query. Will never buy from them again

These are fraudsters. They have squirmed their way to the top when you search giffgaff business sim and route you towards some 3rd party service, and I assume take a cut in the process.

These are scammers. Stay away. I paid for a pdf merge with £.95. Unknown to me, I got signed up for a £40 subscription and got charged for two months before i realised. When you cancel this fraudulent subscription they have the gall to offer a £11 subscription indefinitely. Go to reddit, it is full of similar experiences

This is an aweful website. The user interface is dated and unintuitive.
Most people who are registered 'cofounders' are bots or salesmen marketting their own products. If you click their profile it will be a single word like "Hello". The search engine is rubbish.
Most importantly, they will not allow you to cancel their subscription, instead asking you to email them. I had to go through my bank to get rid of them
