My dress I received was not the right…

My dress I received was not the right size sent emails not any help at all to.d to reorder my dress my self didn't have it in the size I wanted so ordered size down now will have to send this one back and now wait for all my money back now they have the size I wanted when I looked on website they don't have a system in place to let you no so they could send the correct one and sva time on waiting for a refund fuming
