No delivery- no response

I ordered (and paid!) 10 days ago, never received my order and there is no response from customer service. Maybe the company went bankrupt in the last month or so as the ‚non delivery‘ seems consistent over the last month.

We've re-structured the business and supply chain and had huge issues which we understand, isn't your fault.

We've been around for 7 years and we'd never scam any customers or leave a customer without their money back.
