You can't believe anything this company…

You can't believe anything this company says on their website. They say "speedy delivery" and "5-10 days" for a greenhouse I ordered. It took over four weeks. They say it comes with a base but it doesn't. It comes with 'feet' which you are meant to sink into the ground - completely different from the descriptions and pictures on their site. It is so lightweight that a breeze will blow it over. Sending it back as quickly as possible. I have been mis-sold something under consumer law.

In their reply to my comment they say that the 'feet' are optional - but they're lying again. It is the feet that hold the frame together at the bottom. I know, I tried it. As I say you can't believe anything this company says.

They now say these options were not "made clear" in the instructions. That's one way to put it - they were not even mentioned as an option, in a set of instructions that look as if they were put together by a primary school child.

Additionally, they say the delays were unavoidable but should have been better communicated. That's a strange expression in the circumstances. Over a period of about 2-3 weeks I was given certain different explanations and made promises, none of which were delivered on.

The delays to your delivery were unavoidable but should have been communicated better, the feet to sink the building into the ground are optional to attach by leaving out the legs and skipping to the step where F-05 connects to F-03b and F-04 so we apologise if this was not made clear in the instructions, we are not lying to you, we are trying to offer our advice and support.

This company gets worse and worse

This company gets worse and worse. Having lost my original order, so now I am already two weeks beyond schedule, yesterday I was told by two members of staff my order would be delivered on Monday 29th. Now I get a text asking me to choose delivery dates between July 31 and August 10. You couldn't make this up! My 6 year old grand daughter could do a better job than this incompetent crowd.

I am almost 70 years old and have never…

I am almost 70 years old and have never dealt with such a terrible organisation anywhere in the world. They told me last week I would get my order by the end of this week. Now it's moved again to next week. When you contact them by webchat they tell you to phone a number. When you phone the number, they tell you to use webchat. They take your money - and lots of it - and then hide. Can't get anybody to deal with me and explain what's going on, never mind apologise.

This company are completely incompetent…

This company are completely incompetent and unreliable. Their website says customer enquiries get answered in about 6 seconds. What rubbish. My personal experience is an average of 45 minutes. They lost a greenhouse in transit. The replacement took numerous days. I was promised I would get it "by the end of this week". I've now been told it will be next Monday at the earliest. They lie to you in webchat and make all sorts of excuses. Avoid them like the plague unless you want a lot of grief.

Their website says they offer Next Day or Nominated Day delivery. Don't believe a word of it.

One excuse I was given was that Scotland is a long way from Wigan! Pathetic.

After failure to answer messages I was…

After failure to answer messages I was told my delivery would be delivered "early next week". Now I'm told it will be "by the end of next week". What a bunch of absolutely useless amateurs. when I ordered this greenhouse, I was told it would probably be delivered in 2 weeks. Having "lost my order in transit, at the earliest, I will take delivery in just under 4 weeks. Avoid this company like the proverbial plague.

Tracking system says my parcel has been delivered, but it hasn't. Went on social media communication sites while they were supposed to be still open. No response. Very poor customer service.

This company is completely incompetent…

This company is completely incompetent and unreliable. They make all sorts of promises but don't deliver on them. They keep you hanging on live chat. They managed to lose a complete greenhouse in transit and then took ages to reschedule and moved the goalposts more than once. Avoid.

The system won't allow me to give no stars, but they shouldn't get one. This is a complete scam company that has been reported to the Police and Government by many people. They are complete and utter rogues and just take people's money without delivering goods. They never reply to emails or phone calls. You have been warned.
