THEY KEEP TRYING TO TAKE $560 FROM MY ACCOUNT

I signed up for a free trial WHICH I CANCELLED TWO YEARS AGO. For the last two years they have randomly and intermittently tried to take the money from my card, even though this is a different card to the one I signed up with! I have now had to think about closing this account ad I cannot afford a scam company to keep taking money from me.

Had a trial of Jasper AI last year and cancelled it. They still tried to take almost £500 from my card. I had to phone my bank because every few days they would attempt it again. My bank blocked them.

A year later and they have tried it again out of the blue. They have, for the last month tried to take £500 from my bank every few days. Not even been on their website and even though it was cancelled last year they are attempting to take money from my account. I cancelled my card, and they still tried with my new card. I have had to move all money from my account in fear that they are going to steal £500.

Do not give this company bank details as they will randomly try to take money out for years. Actual scam company.

*SCAM ALERT*
I purchased a pallet of ‘unchecked’ returned parcels/Royal Mail parcels.

Every single one had been opened and sellotaped back down with the same tape, which indicates it’s the same people that opened them.

All the parcels seem to have cheap ‘temu’ and ‘shein’ rubbish in them. It’s almost like they’ve either opened the parcel, kept what was in it, and replaced it with some cheap rubbish they want to get rid of or they’ve got hold of used parcel wrappers which were genuine and posted, and just put in some cheap things to make it look like a lost parcel. Some things were postmarked less than two weeks before so how can it be ‘lost’ or undelivered? All had the ‘same handwriting’ on them as well.

It is a SCAM. They seem to have lots of reviews stating the same thing, if only I had read them before purchasing. Anyway, the item does not match description so I’m stubborn enough to take them to a small claims court. The item was collected last Thursday, I complained on Friday, heard nothing, then got an email saying I should collect items or they’ll be re-sold whilst I get taken to court 😂 Complaint going to trading standards also.

Edit. Just read the good reviews praising ‘carol’ 😂 even they sound fake, especially one from ‘Tumi’ they are so funny they are trolling us at this point.

This is the second time I have shopped at NM, and I will say, I am so very happy with the purchase and service.

Originally, DPD had delayed the delivery by a week, they were absolutely atrocious. I reached out to NM on Insta, and they not only commented back, they also emailed me straight away to help resolve it.

I knew it wasn’t there fault, it was frustrating but I can honestly say, they checked for me, and reached out to me and I never even had to ask them to. It was a fabulous level of service. All the bad reviews I see, I have no idea what they are talking about because both times I have ordered, I have never had an issue. Dresses are INCREDIBLE. It is my go to shop when I need a stand out outfit.
