A first class, hassle free service. I ordered and paid online, the delivery was organised with a phone call, and the bed was delivered on time. The delivery guy was great and delivered the bed into our chosen room, as agreed. The bed is exactly as described, decent quality, nicely finished and looks lovely. The bed was for my 11 year old daughter, she chose it, and she's absolutely delighted with her new bedroom. A follow up phone call from Maryam to check that we are fully satisfied and if we have any issues was much appreciated, and refreshingly excellent customer service. I definitely recommend.

Daniel was very pleasant when I called to cancel. I agreed to stay for another case with a special offer incentive, although there was no hard sell. I have dropped to 4 stars as it's taken me a few attempts to get through on the phone. Online cancellation would be easier and so of course that's exactly why it has to be done by phone. Fair play, these guys just want to keep their customers.

Absolutely delighted with this delivery co. Kept us informed and timing was spot on. Staff happily did as asked re where to put the large delivery. Wish every courier delivery was this seamless and hassle free. Go with these guys, I can't fault them. Cheers. LB
