Daniel was very pleasant when I called to cancel. I agreed to stay for another case with a special offer incentive, although there was no hard sell. I have dropped to 4 stars as it's taken me a few attempts to get through on the phone. Online cancellation would be easier and so of course that's exactly why it has to be done by phone. Fair play, these guys just want to keep their customers.
